The rooms were clean and nice, with 2 queen beds, and the location was great and pleasant, within a short walk to all the places we intended to visit.

The Board of Health should close this facility. The facility is very old and should be tested for lead paint. The a/c contains what appear to be dirt and mold. The sprinklers are covered with dust. The bedding is old and stained. I encourage all travelers to check their sheets and pillows for hair and other surprises. The front desk staff is unprofessional and needs training. What ever happened to a dress code, clean attire and well-groomed front desk clerks? The internet pictures are very deceiving.

The staff here were always super friendly. Our room was pretty big and had everything we needed, including 2 comfy queen beds that helped us sleep well 😊. They kept the breakfast nice and warm, and they were always filling it up for us.

The stay here was really relaxing. This place was absolutely gorgeous and everyone was super friendly. Plus, it's really convenient being so close to shops and the town centers of Winston-Salem and a nearby city. The breakfast had a lot of choices and everything was served hot 🔥.

The location of this hotel is ideal for young holiday goers like myself. It is situated close to various restaurants, so I can easily grab a bite to eat whenever I want. There's even a lovely cafe right next to the hotel, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The hotel is also conveniently located near the center of Winston-Salem, allowing me to explore the city with ease. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to unwind after a long day of adventures.

There was one small issue during my stay. The shower curtain in my room didn't stay closed properly due to the curved shower rod.

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and efficient. It's convenient for those receiving treatment at Wake Forest.

Felt at home here, no complaints at all.
